Our delivery model for Workspace Management is based on a unique combination of global, remote and onsite services - the mix of these services can be fine tuned to meet a specific customer's business needs. There is a strong tie between our Workspace Management with our Consulting and Transformation Services to ensure that our customers enjoy the benefits of continuous improvement throughout their engagement with UXC Getronics Australia.

Key aspects of our Workspace Management Services are the establishment of an onsite, dedicated Program Office, onsite support staff, and access to a centralised Service Desk and Network Management Centre based onshore in Australia. This service is supported by a field services organisation that provides support from over 100 locations across the country.
